SPECIAL PROCESSES:
PICKLING :
The pickling removes oxides or dirt from the metal surface by immersion in Chemical or electrolytic baths. This process is generally used just as another process in our surface treatments.
BAKING :
We have an electric industrial oven with capacity for 2Tn in which we can remove residual hydrogens of the piece to avoid the embrittlement. The oven has 2 fixed and 3 mobile probes to ensure the baking uniformity in the oven.
Galvanized coatings
We offer a coating with high resistance to oxidation and corrosion, at a very low cost. With a smooth, shiny and homogeneous appearance, without burrs.
